Total Rejuvenation Center LLC requires a $300 initiation fee, which includes preliminary bloodwork, a comprehensive review of the patient’s medical history, and a personalized consultation. After signing up, patients will complete an intake questionnaire detailing their health background, current regimen, and wellness goals. Once submitted, the team will schedule bloodwork at a local facility, with results sent directly to the center for evaluation. A consultation will then be scheduled to review the findings and develop a tailored health plan based on the patient’s unique needs.
