REFUND POLICY
All online sales made through Total Rejuvenation Center are final and non-refundable. Payments collected at booking for bloodwork and consultation serve as a non-refundable deposit toward your provider exam and care services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All web sales are final and cannot be canceled after an order is placed. Appointment cancellations without rescheduling are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late reschedule requests or missed appointments may incur a non-refundable fee of up to $50.
If Total Rejuvenation Center cancels your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
